GAIN equipment is easily adaptable to any
conventional injection molding machine.
A typical system includes the following equipment:
Source of nitrogen either in cylinders,
from a stand alone generator, a central nitrogen generator, or a liguid nitrogen source
Gas controller which controls and sequences the nitrogen
through the injection, hold and venting processes
Shut-off valve
Gas pin.
Most important, the GAIN system includes support
services from concept and application evaluation through optimization
of the process in the molder's plant.

SENIOR AND JUNIOR MODEL 5
GAS CONTROLLER
Available in two or four valve configurations. Independent control of two injection-molding machines. Stores up to 32-process recipe files. Selectable system pressure up to 8,500 psi. Equipment maintenance and process help screens for operator reference. Controls up to 8-hydraulic outputs. Eight selectable language options including Spanish and Chinese. Spec Sheet
SENIOR AND JUNIOR ADVANTAGE
GAS CONTROLLER
Available in two or four valve configurations. Independent control of two injection-molding machines. Stores up to 6-process recipe files. Selectable system pressure up to 7,500 psi. Up to 6-presets for profiling time and pressure. Controls up to 4-hydraulic outputs.
"LCS" JUNIOR GAS CONTROLLER Available in one or two valve configurations. Up to 5-presets for profiling time and pressure. Very low cost and compact design. Valves operated via a portable handset.
PRESSURE SWING ADSORPTION NITROGEN
GENERATION SYSTEMS
Available in output flow rates of 10 to 35 SCFM. Utilizes Pressure Swing Adsorption (PSA) technology to extract the nitrogen from a compressed air source for greater efficiency and lower maintenance costs versus a membrane type system. Capable of producing nitrogen purity levels to 99.99%.
Available in output flow rates of 10 to 35 SCFM at 5,000 psi. All models utilize a Sauer-brand electric, 3 or 4-stage, air-cooled, reciprocating piston type compressor. Motors are directly coupled (i.e. no belt drive). Low service intervals of between 2,000 and 2,500 hours.
Indispensable tool for gas assist injection molding,
it is easily installed in new or existing molds. Its unique design
prevents plugging and allows in-mold gas injection and venting. Spec
