GAIN equipment is easily adaptable to any conventional injection molding machine.
A typical system includes the following equipment:


Source of nitrogen either in cylinders,
from a stand alone generator, a central nitrogen generator, or a liguid nitrogen source

Gas controller which controls and sequences the nitrogen
through the injection, hold and venting processes

Shut-off valve

Gas pin.

Most important, the GAIN system includes support services from concept and application evaluation through optimization of the process in the molder's plant.

PRESSURE SWING ADSORPTION NITROGEN
GENERATION SYSTEMS

Available in output flow rates of 10 to 35 SCFM.  Utilizes Pressure Swing Adsorption (PSA) technology to extract the nitrogen from a compressed air source for greater efficiency and lower maintenance costs versus a membrane type system.  Capable of producing nitrogen purity levels to 99.99%.

NITROGEN
COMPRESSOR SYSTEMS

Available in output flow rates of 10 to 35 SCFM at 5,000 psi.  All models utilize a Sauer-brand electric, 3 or 4-stage, air-cooled, reciprocating piston type compressor.  Motors are directly coupled (i.e. no belt drive).  Low service intervals of between 2,000 and 2,500 hours.
